    Chef (South African & Western Cuisine)

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in a pleasing way
    • Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
    • Overseeing all kitchen operations.
    • Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
    • Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an FSLC / NCE / OND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.

    Salary
    N50,000 - 75,000 / month.
