    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing kitchen operations,
    • Planning menus,
    • Preparing high-quality dishes in restaurants
    • Staff Leadership & Training
    • Inventory & Cost Control.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with at least 3 years experience.
    • Culinary Expertise: Deep knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, recipes and flavor profiles.
    • Leadership: Strong ability to influence, motivate, and train a team.
    • Efficiency: Ability to work fast andunder pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Certification: Valid food handler certification or health and safety certificates.
    • Experience: Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similar leadership role.
