We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cementing Supervisor to lead our cementing operations and ensure the success of our well completion and stimulation projects.
As a Cementing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the crew and equipment required for cementing operations.
Requirement For Consideration:
5 years of experience in cementing operations in the oil and gas industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in cementing equipment, tools, and materials.
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills managing on-site operations.
Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as required.
Proven track record of successful cementing projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cementing equipment and processes.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various field locations.
Previous experience working with Halliburton, BakerHughes, SLB (Schlumberger), or Jereh and hands-on experience with their cementing equipment will be highly preferred.

Collaborate with drilling, completion, and production teams to execute cementing jobs efficiently.
Ensure cementing equipment is properly maintained and fully operational.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing cementing operations and performance outcomes.
Lead the cementing crew and ensure the equipment is ready for successful well completion projects.
Ensure all equipment and materials are fully prepared and available for each cementing job.
Coordinate closely with other teams to guarantee the safe and efficient execution of cementing operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges encountered during cementing processes.
