JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Payment processing: Accurately and efficiently process all payment transactions, including invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents. 
• Reconciliation: Perform and complete bank and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. 
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports, analyze accounts, and assist with audits and management reporting. 
• Communication: Respond to and resolve queries from suppliers, clients, or institutions, and maintain effective communication channels to ensure smooth operations. 
• Collections (specific to some roles): Ensure timely collection of premiums and other payments from partner institutions. 
• Compliance: Ensure all payments are processed in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines. 
• Technical proficiency: Advanced knowledge of financial software.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Analytical skills: Ability to reconcile accounts, analyze financial data, and solve problems effectively. 
• Experience: Experience in accounts payable, customer service, or payment processing is often required. 
• Soft skills: A proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented approach is highly valued.
