Job Description

• The Capsule Filling Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining capsule filling machines to ensure the accurate and efficient production of pharmaceutical capsules.
• The role includes monitoring machine performance, conducting in-process quality checks, and adhering to cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor capsule filling machines (e.g., Bosch, ACG-Pam).
• Quality Control: Perform in-process checks for capsule weight, appearance, and integrity.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Documentation: Complete batch records and logbooks accurately as per SOPs.
• Compliance: Follow all GMP, hygiene, and safety protocols during production.
