Business Unit Manager (Equipment)

- Job Field Sales & Business Development
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
- Accurately interpret policies and procedures, model them and hold others accountable for following them consistently.
- Preparing accurate and timely sales reports
- Analyze market trends and training and mentoring staff, to creating and implementing strategies to reach targets
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth - both long and short-term
- Achieving personal revenue targets.
