Develop strategic plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
Lead line of business from end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
Day-to-day management of operational support roles
Continuously test and optimize new growth strategies,
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization
Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
Identify leads and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholder.
Follow up with new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Plan and prepare business presentations
Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
Oversee the development of marketing literature
Write business reports and provide management with feedback
Brainstorm with the management to create new business strategies
Identify services that would appeal to current and new clients
Creating sales pitches
Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients/corporate partners
Attend networking events
Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
Motivate team members to exceed expected goals
Continuously develop ways to improve overall customer experience and build brand loyalty
Research market and industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years’ experience managing performance targets in a growth role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
Experience managing digital channels
In depth knowledge of at least one web analytics platform, experience using content management systems
Excellent communication, analytical and sales skills
A self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐paced environment
Thoughtful articulation of strategy, results and best practices to all levels of the organization
Good business sense
A positive attitude and plenty of initiative
Excellent Negotiation skills
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
