Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Process / Industrial Engineering.
At least 10-15 years of experience in a business development role are required, strongly preferred in O&M services to O&G industry in Nigerian market (offshore and onshore).
Strong operational and maintenance background, thorough experience in working with various plant equipment and systems is preferable.
In depth knowledge of Offshore/Onshore plant equipment, turbo machinery, E&I, piping/structural etc. is essential.
Experience of Project O&M budgeting and cost control is preferable.
Prior work experience in a business development role including O&M perspective is preferable.
Ability to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required. Other language skills are a plus.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and strong negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of strategic and quantitative analysis.
