    Business Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead business development initiatives to acquire and retain corporate and individual clients.
    • Manage existing client accounts and portfolios effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
    • Bring in new business opportunities with measurable results backed by past performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
    • 5–10 years of proven experience in insurance brokerage or financial services.
    • Knowledge of the Nigerian insurance industry and regulatory requirements is essential.
    • Must have an existing portfolio of clients/accounts being serviced.
    • A track record of consistently exceeding business targets and revenue goals
