The job holder will be responsible for providing the company with professional service strategic planning, strategic management of corporate division objectives, business development and leadership across various sections of the division.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the successful management of corporate-wide business transformation projects to budget, time limits and objectives..
Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
Make sure that the department has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
Develop a comprehensive departmental budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
Ensure all department’s activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
Assess departmental and overall company performance.
Requirements
PhD, MSc and BSc in Business Administration or other related fields
Experience and or Certification in agronomy and animal husbandry is an added advantage.
