    Business Development & Sales Executive

    The Role

    We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our elite team. This role is for a proven closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands high-value real estate transactions, and possesses the drive to exceed sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive property acquisitions.
    • Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth clients and investors.
    • Lead compelling property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to maximize lead generation and brand positioning.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and investment opportunities.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of proven success in sales, preferably in real estate or a high-value industry.
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
    • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
    • High level of professionalism, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
