Business Development Officer at Havana Specialist Hospital

Job Role

• The ideal candidate should be skilled in reporting, creative writing, sales pitching, communication and critical thinking.
• The successful candidate shall be responsible for among other things:
• Communicate new services to both existing and prospective clients and advise or persuade
• clients about the advantages of our services.
• Develop creative ideas and strategies to retain existing clients and contribute to the business growth of the hospital.
• Perform market research to identify new business opportunities; follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with clients as well as follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• BSc or its equivalent in Business Management or related degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years hands on business development experience in structured organizations.
• Good knowledge of Healthcare/Hospital business
• Understanding of the relevant technology, procedures, practices, acts and regulations and processes used within the Business Development and Healthcare space
