    Business Development Officer

    Our client is a wholly owned indigenous company in the Medical Diagnostics and Imaging sector, with a vision to be the foremost in quality healthcare delivery in a timely and affordable manner.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research and identify opportunities/potential clients
    • Identify and define market opportunities aimed at positioning the Company to gain competitive advantage against other Diagnostic company
    • Monitor developments, events, and trends in the business environment, especially target sectors, analyzing impact on Company activities and develop appropriate response strategies
    • Screen and close potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, coordinating deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options
    • Escalate and resolve internal priorities
    • Develop superior relationships with key stakeholders in the identified organizations and ensure that any concerns are resolved in a timely manner
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Medical Partners and report output with actionable plans to Head, Strategy & Business Development
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies for client retention
    • Establish a knowledge database of clients, referrals, REPs, presentations, and prospects
    • Manage database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in any related discipline.
    • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a related field – Diagnostics & Imaging sector.
    • Business Development, especially knowledge of B2B 
    • Data gathering & analysis
    • Market intelligence
    • Stakeholder management /Customer service skills 
    • Negotiation
    • Communication and Interpersonal skill
    • Hardworking/Salesmanship spirit
    • Teamwork
