Business Development Manager / Travel Agency Manager at God Is Good Motors - GIGM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand our client base across Africa.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a proactive approach to generate leads.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve growth targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine and adapt sales strategies.
• This position requires the ability to develop and make the Enterprise Partnership Team achieve its goals and targets at all times.
• Develop sales forecasts and performance metrics to monitor progress and guide decision-making

Required Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 6 years work experience. 
• Proven experience in a business development role within the travel industry.
• A good selling skill will be an added advantage.
• Ability to meet and surpass targets on a monthly basis
• Strong understanding of the travel market.
• A self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
• A creative thinking skills, innovation, experience, and strategies will be an essential part of this position and encouraging business growth through projects
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the Africa, Europe & America region.
