    Business Development Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent
    • Manage a team of 7+ direct reports
    • Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
    • Analyse campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
    • Enable your team to exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
    • Have and promote customer obsession; ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
    • Prioritize and deliver timely, high-quality work
    • Build a strategy for the performance sales channel.
    • Partner across organizations to ensure the sales channel is set up for success.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND qualification.
    • 5+ years of working experience in an advertisement agency, business-to-business sales experience, or related field;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus;
    • Fluency in the local dialect is required;
    • Ability to work independently and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast-paced work environment.
