This role demands a confident strategist with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, foster meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s competitive positioning in a dynamic market
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, with a focus on brands, agencies, and direct advertisers.
Build and sustain strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and campaign presentations tailored to client goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging client needs, and partnership possibilities.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and pitch meetings.
Design and implement robust sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client account management within the advertising or media industry.
Prior experience in outdoor advertising is strongly preferred and will be an advantage.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in proposal development, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
