    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities & Expectations:

    • Manages the go to market and business development requirements of the SA Consulting Business - a subsidiary of SATH.
    • Collaborates with internal Sales teams to drive sales opportunities in BFSI.
    • Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring new business frontiers for the business vertical.
    • Drives post sales activities such as timely project completion, revenue collections and overall customer satisfaction in collaboration with other support functions.
    • Identifies prospective customer business needs and proffering viable technology solutions based on new and evolving technology to meet those needs.
    • Acts as the focal point for ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
    • Arrange and participates in internal and external client briefs, workshops and productive business development activities.
    • Ensures revenue assurance on renewal businesses whilst qualifying new viable opportunities – facilitate negotiations & ensure profitability.
    • Performs regular market and business intelligence to identify opportunities for incremental revenue opportunities for SA Consulting
    • Maintains an up to date understanding of products and services necessary to perform duties and tasks.
    • Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time as the business continues to evolve.

    Qualifications & Expericne

    • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
    • Minimum of 6 years' experience in similar role
    • Experience in Technology sales within the BFSI ecosystem or Public sector space is required
    • Understanding of OEM products offering is required (E.g Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, Checkpoint, etc)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track records of sales target achievements.
