Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager with a Nursing or Medical Degree.
• The Business Development Manager will focus on expanding LPTC's training programs in the healthcare industry.
• The role includes generating new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and presenting sales reports.
• The role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business acumen and knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Experience in sales and business development
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends
• Nursing or Medical Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in the training and development industry is a plus
