Business Development Manager – Industrial Air Compressors at Cascade Synergy Limited

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our industrial air compressors, sourced from China, in the Nigerian market.

This role covers sales strategy, market penetration and expansion, distributor development, and customer relationship management across Nigeria. You’ll also coordinate closely with our Chinese suppliers to ensure a smooth and successful product rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the air compressor product line.
• Identify new markets, customers, and partners.
• Build and manage a strong distributor network.
• Act as the main link between Chinese suppliers and local operations.
• Provide technical support and consultation to clients.
• Oversee after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver regular performance reports and market insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in industrial sales or business development (air compressors or related equipment preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of compressors and industrial applications.
• Experience working with Chinese suppliers is a plus.
• Proven ability to grow market share and hit sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and travel as needed.
