Business Development Manager - Hospitality at Juremi Group

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to oversee and drive the growth of all hospitality businesses under our company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with at least 10 years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent, and a proven history of launching new ventures and developing innovative ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic growth and expansion of the company’s hospitality businesses, including opening new branches and optimizing existing operations
• Develop and implement innovative business strategies to enhance revenue, customer engagement, and brand positioning
• Oversee the startup process for new hospitality ventures, from concept development to full operational launch
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging innovations in the hospitality industry
• Collaborate with management and other key departments to align business strategies with overall company goals
• Drive continuous improvement across all hospitality properties, focusing on operational efficiency, guest experience, and profitability
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and business performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders to support business expansion and sustainability

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successful startup ventures and concept development in hospitality
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to execute complex initiatives
• Innovative thinker with a deep understanding of current trends and technologies in the hospitality industry
• Exceptional ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly
