    Business Development Manager, Health Care

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
    • Monitor sales performance and generate regular management reports.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand strategies.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.
    • Provide client feedback and insights to support product/service improvements.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • 4 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales management.
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Work Schedule:

    • Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    Remuneration

    • Salary: N700,000 net / Month (fixed) plus commission based on target achievement.
    • Total Package: N750,000 - N900,000 (fixed plus commission).
