    Business Development / Growth Intern

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic NYSC member to join our team as a Business Development & Growth Intern.
    • This role provides hands-on experience in client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth, offering a solid foundation for a career in business strategy, marketing, or sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Sales and Growth Initiatives: Identify potential clients and support efforts to expand JivaGate Media’s reach and revenue.
    • Client Outreach: Follow up with potential and existing clients to build strong relationships.
    • Pitching & Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategies.
    • Lead Management: Track client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using internal systems.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to plan and execute marketing and business development campaigns.
    • Customer Service: Ensure clients receive professional support and timely responses to inquiries.
    • Reporting: Provide weekly updates on progress, leads, and feedback to your supervisor.
    • Professional Representation: Maintain a positive and professional image of JivaGate Media in all interactions.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Current NYSC member (Corper) posted to or available to work in Lagos
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Enthusiastic about business growth, sales, and client engagement.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of conducting research independently.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace and CRMS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced media environment.
