    Business Development Executive

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the facility management sector.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy across soft services, hard services, and integrated FM solutions.
    • This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to understand client needs in order to present tailored FM solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the FM market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry partners.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
    • Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and pricing proposals.
    • Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
    • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM updates, and regular activity reports.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • 2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in the FM, real estate, or service industries.
    • Strong understanding of FM services (hard/soft/IFM).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
    • Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
