    Business Development Executive (HR Consulting)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with around 1 year of experience in an HR consulting environment.
    • The ideal candidate will help grow the firm’s client base, build strong relationships, and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies in the HR solutions space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers for HR consulting services (talent acquisition, HR outsourcing, compliance, training, etc.).
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
    • Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their HR pain points, and position our services as solutions.
    • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations with client stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing tailored proposals, RFP responses, and service quotes.
    • Support contract negotiations in collaboration with the leadership and delivery teams.
    • Develop and nurture partnerships with recruitment firms, training providers, and other HR-related vendors to expand referral networks.
    • Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and client feedback to refine value propositions.
    • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and communications in the CRM.
    • Provide regular reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and key metrics.
    • Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1 year in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within HR consulting, HR services, staffing, or related B2B domains.
    • Basic understanding of HR functions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
    • Ability to interpret client needs, prepare concise proposals, and assess market opportunities.
