    Business Development Executive

    Job Scope:

    • The Business Development Executive at Felton Energy Services Limited plays a vital role in expanding the client base and building partnerships across the construction, oil & gas, and marine industries. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships that align with Felton's business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, oil & gas, and marine sectors.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competition within the construction and related industries.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue goals and strengthen market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailoring solutions that align with Felton’s expertise.
    • Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop competitive proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
    • Lead negotiations with clients, including contracts, pricing, and service agreements, to align with company objectives.
    • Coordinate internally to ensure successful, timely project and service delivery.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports, effectively communicating Felton's value proposition.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations, market changes, and trends within construction, oil & gas, and marine sectors to uncover new opportunities and identify risks.
    • Represent Felton at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s services, generate leads, and expand the network.

    Desired Skills:

    • Proven success in business development or sales, especially within the construction industry, with experience in oil & gas and marine sectors as a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of the construction sector.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
    • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Required Experience/Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction sector, with exposure to oil & gas and marine industries preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
