    Business Development / Credit Relationship Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals.
    • Identity opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals and close deal.
    • Act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and help applicants acquire loans in a truly manner.
    • Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry.
    • Determine if the client is loan worthy based on information received such as financial statements, collateral etc.

    Requirements

    • BSc Degree in Finance, Economics , Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
    • Proven sales experience from carrying out Loan Processing, disbursement, monitoring, collateral management and loan repayment collection from customers of the company.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a loan officer in the any financial institution ( micro finance included).
    • Age range between 22-32 years.
