Job Brief
Our client, an all-natural, health-focused baby/child-specific skin and hair care solutions company is in need of a Business Development Associate. Who will be saddled with the responsibility of conducting market research, developing business strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for the company?

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs that inform strategic business decisions.
• Arrange & Attend business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Informing Product developers of possible product improvement and changes to ensure company products meet the current market needs.
• Research and create industry-centered content.
• Compiling weekly/ monthly sales reports.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role (>2 years).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Minimum of HND degree in Business Administration, Business management, or related field.
• Certified Business Analysis Professionals will be an added advantage.
