HR Analyst at FCSL Asset Management Company

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support compensation, benefits, salary reviews, promotions, and incentive administration.
• Maintain accurate employee, compensation, benefits, and HRIS records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and remittances.
• Coordinate training programmes and track attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
• Support training needs analysis and employee development initiatives.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision making.
• Ensure HR records and documentation are confidential, accurate, and audit-ready

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, compensation, and statutory regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
