Business Analyst (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant) at GVA Partners

Duties and Responsibilities

• Familiarity with enterprise systems, collaboration tools, and documentation platforms
• Understanding of integrations and business process workflows
• Experience validating solutions against functional requirements
• Understanding of defect management and quality practices
• Ability to maintain functional specifications, reports, and business documentation
• Experience working within governance and approval processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams
• Ability to support multiple projects and delivery initiatives
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Working effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
• Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand

Qualifications and Experience required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
• Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• 4–15 years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
• Must have completed NYSC
• Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross‑functional collaboration
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery‑focused mindset.
