Job Description

• Review and audit data captured in the project system for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and missing information.
• Compare system records with supporting documents or source data.
• Maintain and update audit trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports on identified issues and audit findings.
• Track corrections and follow up on outstanding discrepancies.
• Ensure data is properly recorded, organised, and maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in system auditing, data entry, data quality, administration, or a related role.
• Must be very comfortable using computer systems and navigating digital platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be available for the full 6-week contract period.
• Must be able to work from Surulere, Lagos.
