    Building Project Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about seeing construction projects come to life?
    • Invent Alliance Limited is looking for a dedicated Building Project Coordinator to oversee on-site operations, manage artisans, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
    • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, has a basic understanding of building construction, and is eager to grow within a dynamic project environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site activities and ensure artisans are working according to plan.
    • Work Coordination: Assign tasks to artisans and laborers while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
    • Progress Reporting: Prepare and send daily progress reports to management.
    • Inventory Monitoring: Track material usage, site stock levels, and request replenishment when needed.
    • Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.
    • Communication: Act as the link between management, artisans, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Documentation: Keep basic project records, including site activities, material receipts, and daily work logs.
    • Problem-Solving: Identify issues on-site and escalate technical challenges promptly for resolution.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of building construction methods and materials.
    • Computer literate,able to use Word, Excel, and Email for reporting.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    • Physically fit and comfortable with site-based work.
    • Must reside within Ikate to Sangotedo axis.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced construction environment.
    • Prior experience in site supervision or construction coordination is an added advantage.
