• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including budget vs. actual analyses.
• Generate periodic reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external reporting.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed initiatives.
• Analyze cost structures and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate financial forecasts.
• Use forecasting models to predict future financial trends and outcomes.
• Continuously assess and improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Recommend and implement efficiency improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee the accounts receivable function, including customer billing and collections.
• Monitor and manage customer credit limits.
• Perform other finance-related duties as required and directed by the organization.
