    Brit Transport Branch Manager (Maza-Maza)

    Brit Transport is a leader in logistics and transport services, committed to providing efficient and customer-focused solutions across Nigeria. As we expand our operations, we seek a dedicated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our Maza-Maza branch.

    Responsibilities:

    • Branch Leadership: Drive the overall success of the branch by ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
    • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to achieve performance targets and uphold company values.
    • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day branch operations, including transport schedules, fleet maintenance, and resource allocation.
    • Customer Engagement: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building strong relationships with clients.
    • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, reduce operational costs, and maximize branch profitability.
    • Compliance & Reporting: Enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and government regulations while preparing detailed operational and financial reports.
    • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, develop new client relationships, and expand the branch\'s market share.
    • Problem-solving: Address operational challenges proactively to minimize disruptions.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in branch management or logistics operations.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools.
    • Familiarity with Lagos terrain and transport regulations is a plus.
