Support the Brand Marketing Lead in planning and executing strategic brand marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
Implement experiential and face-to-face brand activations that reflect Green Africa’s values and enhance customer affinity.
Translate approved marketing strategies into actionable communication and promotional activities.
Develop, write, and edit marketing content, including press releases, website copy, social media updates, speeches, and other materials that communicate Green Africa’s brand story.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Brand Marketing Lead to manage media relations, press conferences, and information requests.
Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline marketing channels.
Support the organization and execution of promotional events and campaigns to positively represent the company.
Monitor key trends, prepare competitive analysis reports, and share insights to inform brand strategy.
Collaborate with partner agencies (Creative, PR, Media, etc.) and vendors to execute campaigns, promotional events, and production of branded merchandise.
Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or public relations.
Experience executing marketing campaigns and brand activations (aviation or service-oriented industries are an advantage).
Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for brand storytelling.
