    Brand and Product Marketing Lead

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    • Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for KingMakers’ products and brand across marketing channels.
    • Grow users from KingMakers’ ecosystem through user segmentation, product cross- sell, and product offerings integration to drive adoption and usage of the betting product lines
    • Discover user pain points, user behaviour, market opportunities, target audience interest points and competitor activity. Use the information diligently to drive action.
    • Develop value proposition and messaging frameworks, and drive articulation of product portfolio positioning aligned to KingMakers’ set goals.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on competitive landscape and feedback from customer
    • Drive partnership and co-branding activities to support the growth of the KingMakers brand in the region.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Oversee the planning and budget allocation for brand marketing plans including the results for all brand and PR channels
    • Work with marketing and PR agencies and contractors to design and implement brand marketing campaigns.

    What You Need for This Role:  

    • Relevant experience of proven success in product marketing and operation, eg. operation campaign design, content marketing, user journey mapping, email marketing, user segmentation, top of funnel growth, and funnel optimization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to demonstrate products that engage and inspire
    • Strong knowledge of the RMG industry ecosystem
    • Strong understanding of the African RMG market and how users interact with other similar products.
    • Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills: be able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. Inspirational to your team and partners
    • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams.
    • A data-focused individual with the ability to roll up your sleeves, pull and analyze data, and gain actionable insights from the data
    • Ability to conduct relevant research and gain actionable insights
    • User-focused and product-driven: strong understanding of product, tech, and platform
    • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for acquiring new skills, knowledge, and ideas
    • Hyper-growth start-up experience is a strong plus.
