Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Developing and delivering comprehensive biology curricula, covering topics such as cell biology, genetics, and ecology.
- Lab Management: Setting up, supervising, and managing safety for scientific experiments and dissection in laboratory sessions.
- Lesson Planning: Creating engaging lesson plans tailored to various student ability levels.
- Assessment & Feedback: Setting exams, grading assignments, and providing feedback to improve student performance.
- Classroom Management: Ensuring a safe, disciplined, and productive learning environment.
- Student Support: Providing individual support or tutoring for students who need extra help.
- Communication: Interacting with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and behavioral issues.
