Batching Plant Operator at O.K. Isokariari & Sons Nigeria Limited

Job Description

• Batching Plant Operator is part of the quality assurance department of a construction company, he is responsible for casting batches of ready-mix concrete.
• A Plant operator, oversees the mixing process, ensure that the batch conforms to standard and check the batch against specifications and regulations on the requirements of each concrete type.

Job Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure material, ingredients, and product to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Operate machineto mix or blend concretes.
• Maintenance of pneumatic pumps and valves of batching plant
• Work with site engineers to ensure accuracy in concrete production.
• Present the daily general production report of the batching plant
• Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of batching plant
• Maintenance of pneumatic pumps and valves of batching plant

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Civil Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience;
• Proficiency in using Ms. Office.
• Thorough and accurate with attention to detail;
• Strong communication, negotiation, planning and leadership skills;
• Good in verbal and written English
• Be a problem solver, flexible, and be able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
