Key Responsibilities

• Manage bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement drink menus, promotions, and events to increase sales.
• Monitor and control inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
• Train and mentor bar staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and licensing laws.
• Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Bar Head or similar role.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic accounting and inventory management skills.
• Certification in mixology or hospitality (desired).
• Resident of Lekki or nearby areas (essential, as accommodation is not provided).
