Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for a Bancassurance Specialist.
• The Bancassurance Specialist will focus on strengthening partnerships between banking and insurance sectors by providing financial advisory services, recommending suitable insurance products to banking clients, achieving assigned sales targets, and building relationships with clients and financial institutions.
• Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales, financial advisory services, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in cross-selling techniques and the ability to promote tailored insurance products
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for customer inquiries and policy details
• Basic knowledge of insurance products, financial services, and applicable regulations
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in bancassurance, banking, or insurance roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related field preferred
