Job Description

• We are searching for an associate social media manager who shall be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive website traffic and sales.

Job Roles

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategy as needed.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing or communications team to develop integrated campaigns that incorporate social media.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in order to continuously improve the company's social media presence.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating and optimizing ads, setting budgets, and tracking performance.
• Work with external agencies or vendors as needed to execute social media campaigns.
• Manage social media crises or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
