Assistant, Project, HNC, Nigeria at DSM-Firmenich

Job Purpose

• To provide support of any kind for projects to develop new markets for dsm-firmenich, implementing new products and projects relating to setting up new productions facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Representing dsm-firmenich during calls and meetings with different stakeholders and government officials in Nigeria and online.
• Supporting the internal, multidisciplinary project team.
• Managing and keeping up-to-date files and folders with project data
• Ensure proper internal communication.
• Setting and leading and monitoring project meetings
• Responsibility for the project timeline.
• Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders and representing the company where needed.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, autonomous, with strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a methodical manner, within short deadlines
• Fluent in English
