    Assistant Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
    • Reviewing all activities and providing the Manager with recommendations for improvement
    • Preparing and filing forms and other documents
    • Quickly responding to inquiries from personnel and other stakeholders
    • Aiding the Manager in solving operational problems
    • Serving as the manager's second-in-command and handling all responsibilities while they are not there.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar course with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience working as a personal assistant or relevant field
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superb organizational skills.
