Assistant Branch Manager

Job Description
- Assist the branch manager in managing daily store operations, inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to ensure optimal performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with HR team in recruitment and training of new staff.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 4+ years relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Ms Office Suite, excel etc.
