Minimum of 4-6 years experience in the Telecoms industry
Exposure to Marketing Operations or Product Management or Customer Lifecycle Management

Ability to identify the root cause of a problem and come up with the best possible solution after evaluating possible options for improvising processes related to the end user in terms of product and payment

Qualifications
BSC or HND degree in Marketing, Business Admin or any other social Science field.
Excellent Communication and written skill
Ability to work in cross-functional team environment
Excellent in Excel & MS Access (SQL will be added advantage)
