We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing daily operational tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting business development efforts. This role is central to the smooth operation of our Nigeria and Togo agency businesses.
Roles And Responsibilities
Lead and participate in daily calls with the Nigeria and Togo teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on daily tasks and progress
Maintain and accurately update vessel records and client Statements of Accounts (SOAs)
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Follow up on outstanding tasks with various team members and update progress trackers accordingly
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or agency services industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
