    Product Growth Specialist

    • The Product Growth Specialist supports Duplo’s product commercialization and growth efforts by executing product marketing initiatives, go-to-market activities, and demand generation campaigns. This role works closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to ensure Duplo’s products are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and actively adopted by customers across African markets.
    • This is a hands-on specialist role focused on execution, experimentation, and performance tracking rather than people management.

    Responsibilities
    Product Marketing & Messaging

    • Support the development and execution of product positioning and messaging across Duplo’s products.
    • Translate product features into clear customer benefits for different user personas and industries.
    • Conduct competitor and market research to support differentiation and pricing insights.
    • Create and update product marketing assets including pitch decks, FAQs, demo scripts, and sales enablement materials.

    Go-To-Market & Launch Support

    • Execute go-to-market plans for product launches and feature updates.
    • Support release communications such as product announcements, emails, blog posts, landing pages, and webinars.
    • Coordinate with Product and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate launch materials.
    • Help enable Sales teams with updated messaging and collateral during launches.

    Growth & Demand Generation

    • Execute growth campaigns across digital channels, content, events, and partnerships.
    • Support lead generation initiatives to drive MQLs, demos, and pipelines.
    • Assist with planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and sponsored events.
    • Support partner-led and co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners.

    Performance & Optimization

    • Track and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and product adoption.
    • Support testing and iteration of messaging, channels, and campaign formats.
    • Maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows to ensure proper lead routing and follow-ups.
    • Gather customer and sales feedback to inform future campaigns and product improvements.

    Regional Expansion Support

    • Assist in launching and localizing product and growth campaigns for new African markets.
    • Adapt messaging to different market and industry contexts with guidance from senior team members.

    Requirements

    • 4–5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM execution roles in B2B SaaS or fintech.
    • Strong execution skills across campaigns, launches, and marketing programs. Ability to translate product features into customer-facing value propositions. Experience supporting product launches or feature rollouts. Working knowledge of growth and funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates, adoption). Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GA). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven startup environment.

    Card Fraud Analyst

     

    • We’re looking for a Card Fraud Analyst (Acquiring) to join our team, with a strong focus on acquiring-side card fraud, merchant chargebacks, and investigations within our Atlas product. This role sits at the intersection of fraud prevention, analytics, and product collaboration, helping to reduce fraud losses while maintaining a strong customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Card Fraud Prevention & Risk Management

    • Safeguard customers against unauthorised card activity, scams, and payment instrument or account takeover fraud.
    • Analyse card fraud disputes and emerging trends to identify weaknesses or opportunities within existing fraud prevention rules
    • Review and enhance fraud controls across authorisation, post-authorisation, and tokenisation flows
    • Incorporate card scheme indicators and internal machine learning signals into static fraud rules to improve accuracy and effectivenes
    • Contribute to longer-term initiatives aimed at reducing card fraud and improving overall risk posture.
    • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to evolve the rule engine and improve the end-to-end fraud customer journey, from declines and alerts through to dispute submission.
    • Act as an escalation point for card fraud prevention topics for customer-facing Operations teams

    Analytical & Strategic Capabilities

    • Independently manage and prioritise competing workflows, including team initiatives and external escalations, delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
    • Assess and articulate the impact of fraud rules on customer spend, approval rates, and user experience
    • Produce clear, high-quality analysis that directly addresses business and risk problems.
    • Navigate complex problem spaces and understand the trade-offs involved in fraud decision-making
    • Proactively propose and develop strategies to mitigate emerging fraud patterns or large-scale fraud events
    • Write, test, and maintain analytical code independently and collaboratively, ensuring it is readable, reusable, and well-documente
    • Test and validate fraud rule logic autonomously, and troubleshoot issues related to code, data, or risk engine behaviour.
    • Continuously learn and apply new analytical tools, techniques, and methodologies.

    Communication & Collaboration

    • Clearly explain analyses, decisions, and recommendations to teammates and immediate stakeholders.
    • Present fraud trends, insights, and learnings in a concise and structured manner
    • Support and collaborate with peers, sharing knowledge and best practices where needed.

    Incident & Risk Management

    • Provide timely data, insights, and analysis to support fraud incidents and investigations.
    • Escalate risks that fall outside the Card Fraud remit or risk appetite to relevant internal or external stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • 4–5 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or payments risk, with a strong focus on card fraud.
    • Solid understanding of card payment flows, including authorisation, post-authorisation, chargebacks e.t.c
    • Detailed understanding of the operational aspects of payment cards, mobile payments, the fintech and banking industry.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid understanding of payment gateways, acquiring banks, and merchant processors, including knowledge of network-specific chargeback procedures (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

    Senior Product Manager – Payments & Financial Platforms

    • The Senior Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of complex payment products, with a strong focus on card acquiring (Visa & Mastercard), collections, and cross-border payment platforms. This role operates as the Product Manager of the Payments Value Stream, responsible for strategy, execution, compliance alignment, and commercial impact across Nigeria, Africa, and international markets.
    • The Senior Product Manager is expected to balance deep functional expertise with macro-level strategy, delivering world-class, scalable, and compliant payment solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Product Strategy & Vision

    • Define and own the payments product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company growth and global expansion goals.
    • Act as the Payments Value Stream owner, accountable for outcomes across acquiring, collections, settlement, and integrations.

    Payments & Domain Leadership

    • Lead Card Acquiring products across Visa and Mastercard, including authorization flows, settlement, chargebacks, and compliance.
    • Own collections and disbursement workflows across local and international payment methods.
    • Design and optimize payment orchestration, routing, and failover strategies.
    • Ensure products meet Nigerian, African, and international payment ecosystem requirements, including local schemes, banks, and processors.

    • Translate customer pain points into clear, prioritized product bets that improve activation, reliability, and scale.

    Delivery & Execution Excellence

    • Translate business and customer needs into PRDs, user stories, API contracts, and acceptance criteria.
    • Work closely with engineering on solution design, sprint planning, and technical trade-offs.
    • Be micro-involved in payment flows, edge cases, error handling, reconciliation, and performance metrics.
    • Own backlog prioritization to ensure focus on customer impact, revenue, and risk reduction.
    • Drive user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-launch iterations.

    Integrations & Ecosystem

    • Lead ERP and accounting system integrations to automate reconciliation, reporting, and financial workflows.
    • Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure all payment capabilities are API-first and scalable.
    • Support white-label, PaaS, and partner integrations as part of global expansion.

    Go-To-Market & Commercial Ownership

    • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Growth teams to define positioning, pricing implications, and launch plans.
    • Act as a commercially aware PM, understanding revenue drivers, transaction economics, and margin impact.
    • Support sales enablement with product narratives, demos, and customer-facing insights.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6-8 years of Product Management experience, with deep focus on payments or fintech platforms.
    • Hands-on experience delivering Card Acquiring products with Visa & Mastercard.
    • Strong understanding of collections, settlements, FX, and cross-border payments.
    • Demonstrated experience in the Nigerian and African payments ecosystem, with exposure to international markets.
    • Experience integrating with ERP and accounting systems.
    • Proven track record of scaling customer-facing financial products.
    • Strong payments domain expertise (acquiring, routing, reconciliation, settlement).
    • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
