A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travelers is looking to hire smart, friendly, and tech-savvy individuals for its customer support booths at the airport and other locations in Lagos. This role involves helping travelers buy and activate eSIMs, providing customer support, and meeting monthly sales goals. If you enjoy meeting people, working with mobile tech, and are open to a shift-based schedule, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Attending to travelers at the booth
Explaining and activating eSIM plans
Helping customers with basic phone settings
Recording daily sales using Google Sheets
Reaching a monthly sales target of 1,000 eSIMs
What We’re Looking For
Must live in or near Ikeja (for easy commute to the airport)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Basic computer and mobile phone literacy
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts (for airport role)
