Job Description

A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travelers is looking to hire smart, friendly, and tech-savvy individuals for its customer support booths at the airport and other locations in Lagos. This role involves helping travelers buy and activate eSIMs, providing customer support, and meeting monthly sales goals. If you enjoy meeting people, working with mobile tech, and are open to a shift-based schedule, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Attending to travelers at the booth
• Explaining and activating eSIM plans
• Helping customers with basic phone settings
• Recording daily sales using Google Sheets
• Reaching a monthly sales target of 1,000 eSIMs

What We’re Looking For

• Must live in or near Ikeja (for easy commute to the airport)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Basic computer and mobile phone literacy
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts (for airport role)

Pay & Benefits

• Take-home Salary: ₦150,000 (net) per month
• Sales Commission: Earn extra when you hit your target
