This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Manager at NSIA Insurance Limited.
The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of insurance agents, developing strategies to increase agency productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This role is located in Lagos but allows for some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
Sales and marketing experience
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CII) are a plus
