Agency Manager at Cornerstone Insurance PLC

Responsibilities

• Ensure each Unit Manager has their required minimum number of Financial Planners on an ongoing basis.
• Develop your team through motivation, counselling, coaching.
• Supervise and ensure adequate manpower staffing budget at all times by closely liaising with HRBP for Retail.
• Manage and review the progress and targets of Unit managers and Financial Planners on a continuous basis.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings, workshops, reading professional publications and establishing personal networks.
• To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.
• Conduct quarterly performance appraisal for Unit Manager and Financial Planners.
• Determine and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers/clients and manage existing ones.
• Supervise the activities of the Unit managers and Financial Planners in your team.
• Lead sales operations of the team
• Track sales goals/accomplishments and report results daily/weekly/monthly to regional manager.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND
• Must have 7-10 years in sales management
• Insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
